Joe Fresh Matte Cushion Lipstick Swatches Top to Bottom: Wisteria; Tulip
Joe Fresh Face Trip Palette Swatches Top to Bottom: matte highlight, bronzer, shimmer highlight
We’re no strangers to Joe Fresh Beauty and we bring you their newest summer launch. We picked the best pieces to help you build a wholesome makeup kit for any and all occasions, for as little as $40.
Joe Fresh Eye Shadow Palette
The Joe Fresh Eye Shadow Palette
delivers 12 eyeshadows for $14. (You read that right.) There’s two color combinations to choose from, but the newest, Rose Neutral
, is a blend of warm browns and soft purples that will suit any skin tone. The mixture of matte, satin, and shimmer finishes create a versatile palette that delivers an endless option of eye looks. Some of the lighter shades apply a little patchy, but if you’re willing to blend an extra second or two, you won’t notice it as much. The darker shades are pigmented and easy to work with, and most colors work super well on their own for a simple eye look.
Joe Fresh Define, Enhance & Highlight Contouring Trio
The Joe Fresh Define, Enhance & Highlight Contouring Trio
($12) is a great staple if you plan on building a makeup kit. Highlighting and contouring are basically non-negotiable steps in anyone’s routine, at this point, so may as well look fabulous without breaking the bank. The bronzing shade is warm enough to add an overall tan to the face, whereas the highlighter is smooth with medium-sized shimmer particles. The golden undertone of the highlighter works well with the bronzing powder for that seamless look. If you’re fair, mixing the matte highlight shade with the bronzing powder helps tone down the intensity, so you don’t walk around with a mud-y face.
Joe Fresh Lash Lift Mascara
Need a voluminous mascara without taking out a loan? The Joe Fresh Lash Lift Mascara
($12) gets the job done without the hefty pricetag. The formula is intensely black, for a dramatic effect and the rollerball applicator allows for more precise application—especially at the roots. Being able to get close to the roots delivers that lash lift effect we all crave. (This isn’t waterproof, so you will get a bit of flaking once the end of the day hits.)
Joe Fresh Matte Cushion Lipstick
Ah, one of our fave pieces—the Matte Cushion Lipsticks
($12). Convenient packaging and applicator, as well as a fantastic matte formula that comes in 7 beautiful shades. Infused with nourishing vitamin E, the lipstick glides on like butter and fuses comfortably with your lips for a long-lasting stain that doesn’t dehydrate. Some drugstore matte formulas can be major hit or miss, and this is definitely a hit. If you’re not a fan of matte finishes, the Joe Fresh Lip Lacquer
($7) is also a hit with its lightweight, but super pigmented formula.
