Reversing The Dark Signs of Summer With IDC

It wasn’t long ago that I introduced you to a Canadian skincare company, called Integral Dermo Correction (ICD), that prides itself on creating products that are efficient and that are based on proven technology. I had the wonderful chance to explore IDC even further and, of course, I wasn’t disappointed by the quality of their products and the results they achieve. Keep reading to discover the powerhouse duo that will change your skin.

Trilogy Mask

When I was researching their products, the Trilogy Mask instantly caught my eye. It is a triple-action mask that utilizes enzymatic, mechanical and chemical forms of exfoliation. This is perfect for you if you are looking to improve skin texture, remove dead skin cells, reduce hyper-pigmentation or the appearance of pores. It has a whipped formula with very fine mechanical exfoliators, so I prefer to apply it on a damp face to reduce friction. They recommend applying it on a dry face, once or twice a week, and letting it stand for 5-10 minutes before rinsing. I’m going to love taking this to LA to clean off all that smog and traffic!

Regen Express Crystal

The Trilogy Mask, in combination with the Regen Express Crystal, give you have a powerhouse duo that will keep your skin looking flawless. This all-in-one corrects, brightens, and hydrates in one step and it can be used day or night. You might know some of my major skin concerns involve dark spot and uneven tone, so the Express Crystal has been a blessing! I’ve been using it as my corrective serum, after I have toned and before I apply my face cream. The formula is thin and lightweight, and sinks right into the skin. IDC also has released a matte version of this product, called the Regen Express Mat for those that deal with excessive sebum/oily skin. I highly recommend you check it out if you are in the market for a corrective serum-type product!

Of course, when you’re trying to reverse the dark signs of summer (hyperpigmentation, sun damage, etc…) sunscreen is imperative. Thankfully, IDC has a suncare collection that looks amazing. Some things that stand out to me is their ability to absorb UVA and UVB rays, their lack of fragrance, and the lack of aluminum.

You can explore—as well as purchase—IDC at!
